Dr. Amit Maydeo

Dr. Amit Maydeo is a medical gastroenterologist known for his work in therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy and advanced endoscopic procedures. He serves as Chairman of the Baldota Institute of Digestive Sciences at Global Hospital, Mumbai, and as a Senior Consultant in Gastroenterology at Breach Candy Hospital. His clinical and research interests include gastrointestinal endoscopy, interventional endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and third-space endoscopy. His work has addressed endoscopic treatment of chronic pancreatitis, gastrointestinal bleeding and difficult common bile duct stones.
